I initially thought the Librotraficante video was a parody, when in fact it was the start of a movement to bring awareness to the banning of Mexican-American Studies programs, classes, and other ethnic curriculum courses in Arizona ( ARS 15-112). They stored materials which are allegedly banned.
To sum it up, ARS 15-112 prohibits any schools, courses, or classes to:
1. Promote the overthrow of the United States government.
2. Promote resentment toward a race or class of people.
3. Are designed primarily for pupils of a particular ethnic group.
4. Advocate ethnic solidarity instead of the treatment of pupils as individuals.
Not that many people know that the studies have been banned, even though it has been put on blast by the media. What do you think is the best way to bring awareness to Latino issues? What do you think of Librotraficante?

great video! I had no idea this was occurring, thanks for the awareness!
No prob! It scares me that people living HERE near border cities have no clue what's going on. I hope our future generations are not passive about this and will keep on fighting.
