Women make strong leaders because they bring a different perspective to the table. Through time every major decision has been made my male influence because of our patriarchal society. Now its the time for women to speak up and share what they have to offer. Every opinion should be taken to consideration regardless of gender because of the influence that it could have in our decisions. Although women as leaders have always been flawed because of pregnancy, it is no more than an excuse.

 Loosing has never been easy, regardless of what it is you loose being a friendship, relationship,a race, keys,a job, a pet, or a family member. Life has taught me that no matter what I loose in life one must learn to move forward and learn to live with what you've lost.  Positive thoughts are helpful as well as the people around you.
