This week is R.A.K Random Acts of Kindness campaign. Latinitas Body and soul camp is having a campaign this Tuesday-Friday, the 17th though the 20th of July. Each day we will have a different Act of Kindness!. Tuesday: #giveacompliment Wednesday: #smileateveryone, Thursday: #giveahomelessmoney, Friday: #pickuptrash. This campaign will be all over Texas!!.See More

Today the Body and Soul camp had a guest speaker. She talked about Healthy eating and what types of food are good for you. Depending on your height it's the amount of water you should drink a day. She was really funny and we had a great time with her. :)
