Ideas/Tips when working for a small film crew!

I am an independent filmmaker and I often find myself with a very small crew of 5 to 10 people

when I'm working on a project. At first, it seems like the perfect amount of people to work with

as you have a lot of space and more freedom to choose certain things. But you are then limited

to many film techniques and tricks that major motion picture crews can do with a crew of 100+

Everyday Latina Heroes

Crafting

Ever since I was little, crafting has always been a favorite hobby of mine. Making Mother's Day gifts or paper flowers to decorate for Cinco de Mayo was what I looked forward to the most during my days in elementary school. As I grew up, my love of crafting came with me. Lend Me Your Voice- Migrant Workers Take To The Mighty Pen

How many of us are children of migrant workers? or have cousins or brothers or aunts or uncles that are migrant workers in the fields all across the U.S.?
