I have to agree with Jackie that Chris Brown does not really sound too genuine. It seems obvious that he is just repeating a speech he rehearsed (that probably wasn't even written by him in the first place). He made too much of an effort to seem sorrowful. Perhaps because he seemed so out of character. If that was truly heartfelt, it would have sounded more like him.
