For as long as I can remember, I have been taller than all of my peers. I was always placed on the top level when school pictures were taken; always the one with the high-water pants in middle school; always being asked if I played sports, etc.  Growing up, it bothered me that I stood out so much. I often took notice of the shorter girls' feet  as they adorably swung a few inches from the floor when they sat down, while mine, long past swinging-length, plopped ungracefully on the tile below.…
