I just want to travel
Yesterday evening I talked to my old roommate, Vanessa. We haven't seen each other since graduation and are planning on reuniting soon along with our other friend, Sandra. I’m sure you guys know who Lady Gaga is. I mean unless you’ve been hiding under a rock but since you’re reading this, it means you have internet access and that you are familiar with pop culture.

With a little help from my friends...
Last night while I was heading home after a meeting and I got lost. I was downtown and couldn't find the freeway. See the thing is that I have a bad sense of direction. I have to go to a place several times before I know exactly how to get there. I've been downtown a few times but not enough to know my way around. Motorcycle Diaries
Yesterday I watched The Motorcycle Diaries or Diarios de Motocicleta with a friend. I had already watched it before a few years ago and I really liked it. My friend had never seen it and I thought he would like it we watched it.

Belly Dancing
On Friday night my friends and I decided to go to a party that's held on the first Friday of every month. They have different bands and DJs playing. They sell arts and crafts from the community including jewelry, T-shirts, posters, etc. They have local publications available for free and there was even a booth that sold treats like chocolate and candy from different parts of the world like India and Japan.

It's so cold!
Just in case you didn't think it was winter, mother nature came around to demostrate the power of freezing temperatures.

Yesterday I used skype for the first time ever!
Yes, I know, I know, I'm a late bloomer. I know skype has been around for a while. My friend actually used to use skype years ago on my computer to talk to her boyfriend in Germany. But I never got around to learning how to use it.
