In late morning, a guest speaker named Bibi Lobo came to talk to us about nutrition. She brought with her:
A can of beans
A bag of chips
A bag of hot Cheetos
A box of Oreos
A box of mac 'n' cheese
A package of ramen
Instant lunch noodles
A jar of peanut butter.
She talked to us about how much we're eating, what we're eating, how much we're exercising. It was very interesting, all of it.
Something that I really took away from that:
A tortilla is an entire portion!!!!!!
Another thing is that you should drink how tall you are in inches in ounces. So I'm 57 inches tall, which means I should drink 57 oz. a day. This means, like, four medium-sized water glasses a day.
Also, Mountain Dew has more caffeine than coffee (uh-oh).
