Why do you think Latinas make strong leaders?
A strong leader is someone that not only leads with their own voice, but with the voice of many.
A strong leader is someone that challenges perspective and questions their own mindset rather then constantly thinking that they are right and always will be right.
A strong leader is someone that does not wait for the world to react, but encourages the world to react. Challenges the world to react! Causes the world to react!
For these reasons I believe Latinas make strong leaders, because Latinas emulate the very characteristics I believe make a strong leader. Latinas have never been afraid to share their voice and strike the world with power. Latinas are never afraid to evolve and challenge the world.
