Because we are brought up with a lot of values.
What is your favorite Hispanic tradition?
Quinceañeras and Dia de los reyes magos.
Who is a Latina role model that you look up to?Why?
Shakira is my role model because she created her own schools in colombia.
What would you like others to know about Latino Culture? What is the biggest misconception?
That people stereotype us in a negative way which are negative.
What are your future hopes for the Latin community?
That we can make a difference in this country.
What is you top piece of advice for younger Latinas?
Don't be ashamed of who you are.

Why are you proud to be a Latina?
Being proud to be a Latina is important because we are culturaly diverse.
Why do you think Latinas make strong leaders?
Latinas can make strong leaders because most women would like to prove to the rest of the world that they can make their dreams possible.

Being with the family.

I don't have a current role model.

Latinas work really hard to achieve their goals but yes, like everybidy else we do get lazy.
What are your future hopes for the Latin community?
That we are treated equally.

Be who you are.
