Dart International Music Festival

soooo.. I just got back from listening and interviewing a few bands... I think they had the names Tidal Waves... and the other one was Bahliyah... I think I don't know. Anyway, the first thing we did at the event, was a short little tour from the manager... showing us around the places. Then, a few groups took turns, interviewing and asking questions to the band Tidal Waves. We learned that they were from South Africa, and the genre of music that they play is rock and reggae. They sounded REALLY cool, it was a cool mix, and it was really fun. Haha, while Tidal Waves was performing, there was this man dancing in the corner it was HILARIOUS!!! We couldn't stop laughing. We recorded him like 5 times.. We might be able to post it on the blog later.. check out Leena....

We also interviewed a band called Intimate Stranger, that is a very.. interesting name. They seemed pretty cool, and their manager was nice enough to give me a CD and the rest of Latinitas a CD. We were very grateful... and we can't wait to hear the band. The are a dance pop band and I want to hear them sooo bad.. so I will have to open that CD really soon.

This was a fun trip, even though I didn't get to interview the band I wanted to. Darn... Well... I gotta go, so I will see you later blog... ok bye.
