Don't Stop the Growth

As the largest minority in the United States, we as a culture should continue to grow. With this growth, it is not just the rise of the Latino population that is important. The community needs to grow in its voice in the United States. More Latinas and Latinos need to know that their culture is vastly underrepresented and do something to change that! Without a voice, it does not matter if we grow to a tipping point for that voice is what truly represents us. The lack of representation we have in politics and the media shows that we don't matter much to the nation. We have to demonstrate how much we truly do matter and how special our culture is.
