Latin@s are on time!!!

I have encounter many people that say that Latin@s are always late. Well, let me tell you something, that misconception needs to end and stop. I know a hand full of latin@s that are ON TIME, and respect and value the time of others! 
It is important that we stop relating to our community as we are a bunch of irresponsible people arriving late every where! we need to empower ourselves, and if you notice a pattern, instead of helping spreading it, take an action to transform it.
