My beauty is gapped teeth
Round nose, full cheeks
Mahogany flesh, rough palms
Fingers spindly, legs long
My beauty is an imperfect silhouette
A belly that folds
Arms that swing low
Collar bones that show
My beauty is a black dot on my toe
Hair that coils
A gait that is royal
A heart that is loyal to a special few
My beauty is an out-of-tune shower opera
An untamed guffaw
An ungraceful fall
My beauty is perfect timing
Broadway star- miming
My beauty is me. My beauty is mine
