My past two weeks

I haven’t posted a blog these past two weeks, due to the summer camp we had here at Latinitas. I didn’t realize how busy I would be, how tired I would be, and how stressed out I would be. These girls were a handful, but it was worth it. I had to say I learned a few things from these girls, and it helped me appreciate them. But most of all, it felt well helping these girls and watching them have fun. They got to do arts and crafts, go on field trips, and to listen to different guest speakers. The best part is that I was part of this experience, so I got to listen to the guest speakers and participate in some activities too.  I’ve never got to be in a summer camp when I was growing up, but if I had the chance I would.
