Our Week

This week was pretty fun and interesting at the Latinitas camp. I met a lot of amazing girls from all over. We did many fun things. We had a tour at the University of Texas at El Paso and I learned my way around the school. On Wednesday we practiced the song "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jenson because the girls did a flash mob at Cielo Vista Mall on Thursday morning. And I didn't actually get to go but I heard that it was really funny and the girls were laughing a lot when they told me about it. Then in the afternoon the girls had went to many different booths to learn about beauty, and confidence, and even modeling, And to wrap up our day, we had a mini fashion show, where all of the girls strutted their stuff down the runway. And this last day of the camp we made blankets for the homeless, did various activities, had discussions, and we are about to have a showcase for the parents to demonstrate what we did during this Teen Media Camp.
