On Tuesday evening, I went to the Cohen Stadium, home of the El Paso Diablos baseball team, and did an interview with one of the players. His name is Reyes Dorado, he started playing baseball when he was only 12 years old. Dorado's cousin asked him if he wanted to join his baseball team. Ever since, when Dorado played his first game, he enjoyed baseball and wanted to make it his career. When Dorado was in high school, he played along with his older brother. By the time his brother and Reyes graduated, Reyes was the only family member to stick with baseball. Dorado decided to play with the Diablos last year. There was situation in Arizona and when Dorado found out there was a position here in El Paso, he asked one of his teammates to call the manager from Los Diablos and got accepted. When Dorado played the first few games, he would get nervous, but now he enjoys every game he has played. The thing that Dorado enjoys the most of his career is waking up in the morning, knowing that he gets to play baseball. Dorado doesn't have a specific idol, but, he would look at other pitchers and see how the pitchers would become so successful. Reyes watches basketball and football games, but doesn't like playing it as much as baseball. Also, Reyes' hobbies are hanging out with friends, playing video games and having fun.
