Description:: The Hayek Essay Contest is available to all individuals 35 years of age or younger. To be considered, you must submit a maximum 5000- word essay on the following topic: "Examine whether authoritarian capitalism is a viable alternative to its Western liberal version, to promote long term economic growth and development." Award recipients will receive a cash award and a travel grant to attend the Mont Pelerin Society's general meeting in Sydney.
