Senior Year!

Senior year is here, it's the year we all have been waiting for since we could understand the concept of school. All the hard work is done and it's all about PARTIES! PARTIES! PARTIES! right? Well not exactly, yes of course senior year is supposed to be fun but if we let ourselves gat caught up in the mix of the fun it can really throw off all the plans we've made prior to this school year.
Applying for colleges is extremely intimidating, recieving package after package in the mail, it seems as though every college in the world wants you, and that's because they do, but if they really want us why is the application process so hard? The application asks for a GPA that's nothing some might say we've been working on being top ten since elementary school. Then it's all about SAT and ACT scores and the stress just starts to boil. "Have I taken that one yet? Does the college i'm applying for ask for that one? What if my scores are too low!?" It's scary not knowing if we are doing everything on task and on schedule.
Everything we do in our Senior year has a huge impact on who we will all one day become and how far we can all really go in life. It's important to stay on task. Yes having fun your senior year is great, but it's important to keep in mind that this is your year to grow as an individual and it;s important that this indivual is the one you truly want to be, the one everyone will be proud of when you walk across that stage.:)
