So for as long as I can remember i've always told people i wanted to be journalist. I was pretty convinced. It was what I wrote about for my high school papers, it was what i honestly thought I wanted to do. So when people told me that I would change my major once I got to college, that it's what everyone did, I always got mad. "No, not me. I know what I wanna do. I'm not changing my major."
So this is awkward. Lets fast forward about 2 years. I'm just about to finish my first month of my second year of college. And guess what girls: I'm in the process of changing my major. Yea, I said it, My major will no longer be journalism.
Ad i was so scared when I first decided to do this, what would people say? How would my parents take it? what was I going to do now? It took me about a month to finally realize that it was okay. So let me now pass on the message behind this blog post. It's okay to change your mind. We are only human and we are allowed to be confused and scared. Don't let that stop you from doing what you want. :D
