Latinas make strong leaders because they are determined and hardworking. Latinas are also extremely mature and skilled in many fields. Latinas are passionate in what they believe and will fight for that belief. We are brave and able to learn from our mistakes. All these traits create strong Latina leaders, who will soon be running this world.
