You Don't Have To Look Far To See What Makes Latina Women So Strong.

Latina women have the tendency to be very, very stubborn. Once we have an idea or a project in mind, there is little anyone can do to stop us.  We are determined and focused in the tasks we have at hand.

If you take a look at the number of women that are single mothers, you can see that according to the Kids Count website,  41% of single mothers are of Hispanic background. Nothing takes more leadership than leading an entire family, especially alone. When it comes to Latinas, they treat being a mother with special care and leadership, as it should be. What does a Latina mother do that makes her such a leader? Mom is busy taking care of everything, and I mean everything, around the household. She is the epitome of a diligent woman, never stopping to take a break as she always keeps her family, her team, in mind. She has all the dates and times engraved in her head:  she knows when her children have games or recitals and she’s the first one there on the field or right next to the stage. Also, without the help of dad, she supports her entire family. To do so, she has to juggle taking care of and supporting her children. This Latina does not drop the balls she is juggling, she manages to pull through with the strength that only Hispanic women have. That is the true image of a leader. Not only does she lead the family, she cares for and supports them with her unwavering strength.
